Membership cancellation terms

These terms apply to Premium Profile and Premium Stylist memberships, whether billed monthly or yearly.

Cancel anytime

You can request cancellation at any time from your signed-in account. Open Dashboard, choose Billing, select Manage or cancel membership, and complete the cancellation in the hosted billing portal.

Renewal and paid access

A cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid membership and its benefits remain active through the end of the monthly or yearly period you have already paid for. Paid access ends when that period ends.

Refunds

We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a paid period, except where required by law.

These terms cover paid Premium Profile and Premium Stylist memberships only. They do not change free memberships or appointment cancellation policies.
